Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and lead the technical strategy for the next 3-5 years, focusing on AGI integration and sustainable computing.
- System Design: Design resilient, high-performance system architectures capable of scaling to millions of concurrent users.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing interfaces, neuromorphic chips) into existing infrastructures.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business goals into technical blueprints.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and cybersecurity.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal hackathons and innovation sprints to prototype futuristic solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, Cloud Computing, or DevOps, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, Kubernetes, and containerization.
- Future Tech: Proven experience with AI/ML model deployment, edge computing, or blockchain architectures.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
