Responsibilities
- Design Future-Proof Architecture: Spearhead the design and implementation of scalable, resilient systems tailored specifically for the 2026 technological landscape and beyond.
- Roadmap Leadership: Collaborate with C-level executives to define technical strategies, milestones, and innovation roadmaps for the upcoming years.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Oversee migration strategies to hybrid multi-cloud environments, ensuring high availability, security, and cost-efficiency.
- Innovation & Prototyping: Prototype cutting-edge technologies, including AI integration and edge computing, to validate concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Talent Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and agile methodology.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with a proven track record leading large-scale distributed systems.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, and significant experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Cloud Native: Proven track record with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including serverless and microservices architectures.
- Futuristic Tech: Familiarity with AI/ML integration and experience designing systems that are quantum-ready.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
