Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems for next-gen applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum algorithms into existing cloud infrastructure.
- Define technical roadmaps and mentor junior engineers in advanced software engineering practices.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance tuning for high-throughput systems.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Neural Interfaces.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and compliance with international data regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or backend engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
