Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term technology strategy for the 2026 release cycle and beyond, anticipating market shifts.
- Architecture Leadership: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, future-proof software architectures capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Innovation Management: Identify emerging technologies (AI, Web3, Edge Computing) and pilot them to drive competitive advantage.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring senior staff and fostering continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
