- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning process to outline our technology roadmap, focusing on AI integration, automation, and predictive analytics for the year 2026 and beyond.
- AI Transformation: Spearhead the transition to next-gen AI architectures, ensuring scalability, security, and ethical AI implementation across all product lines.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging tech trends, competitor strategies, and market shifts to identify high-impact opportunities for innovation.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in from investors, board members, and executive leadership.
- Team Strategy: Mentor senior engineering and product management teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the budgeting and resource allocation for strategic tech initiatives, ensuring maximum ROI on R&D investments.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role focusing on AI or Future Tech.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in defining and executing long-term (5+ year) technology roadmaps.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of machine learning, neural networks, and large language models, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence high-level decision-making processes.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve ambiguous problems and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
