Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, quantum-ready neural network infrastructures.
- Lead the transition from traditional silicon-based processing to photonic and neuromorphic computing models.
- Define technical roadmaps for the 2026 product release cycles, ensuring feasibility and innovation.
- Optimize algorithmic latency and energy efficiency for edge-deployed AI agents.
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI development and synthetic consciousness protocols.
- Collaborate with hardware engineering teams to integrate next-gen processing units.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Quantum Physics (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in designing large-scale machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and CUDA programming languages.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.).
