Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Architect a comprehensive vision for AI evolution, identifying key trends in Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Neuromorphic engineering that will define the 2026 landscape.
- Design Scalable AI Systems: Lead the design and implementation of large-scale AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data and real-time decision-making.
- Strategic Innovation: Research and prototype emerging technologies, ensuring Aether Dynamics remains ahead of the curve for the 2026 operational horizon.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into our core platforms.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish frameworks for ethical AI usage, ensuring our 2026 systems are transparent, fair, and aligned with global regulations.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field with a focus on long-term technological forecasting.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI architecture, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), cloud architecture (AWS, GCP), and edge computing.
- Futuristic Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate them into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
