- Strategic Foresight: Lead the creation of long-term technology roadmaps focused on 2026 readiness and post-2025 trends.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) to identify opportunities and threats.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members to secure buy-in.
- Scalability Planning: Architect infrastructure strategies that support projected exponential growth in user data and processing power.
- Change Management: Lead organizational transitions required to adopt new future-tech methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or a senior technical leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), machine learning principles, and edge computing.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to develop and execute multi-year strategic plans.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic architecture certifications are highly preferred.
