Responsibilities
- Architect Resilience: Design and implement highly available, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of handling exponential growth.
- Predictive Engineering: Lead the integration of predictive AI models into core infrastructure to automate scaling and security protocols.
- Legacy Modernization: Lead strategic migration initiatives to transition legacy monoliths into microservices and serverless architectures.
- Security-First Mindset: Enforce zero-trust security protocols and lead penetration testing strategies to ensure data sovereignty.
- Technical Evangelism: Mentor senior engineering teams and drive technical standards across the organization.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Rust, Go, or Python. Experience with Kubernetes and Docker is mandatory.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record architecting on AWS, Azure, or GCP with a focus on serverless and event-driven architectures.
- AI Integration: Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI into production environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent.
