We are seeking a visionary Future of AI Architect to lead our research and development division in defining the technological landscape for 2026 and beyond. Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect the long-term technical vision and strategic milestones for AGI and Quantum AI integration.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee the development of next-generation neural networks and distributed computing architectures.
- Quantum Integration: Bridge the gap between classical AI models and emerging quantum computing paradigms.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into compelling narratives for investors, partners, and executive leadership.
- Security & Ethics: Establish frameworks for ethical AI deployment and robust security protocols for advanced systems.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Deep Reinforcement Learning, and Quantum Machine Learning (QML).
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing high-budget R&D projects.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
