Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for AI infrastructure leading up to 2026.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems for large-scale AI models.
- Lead research and development efforts in Generative AI and Machine Learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core products.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers and data scientists.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.
- Conduct code reviews and architectural reviews to maintain high code quality.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Experience designing cloud-native architectures on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects.
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback).
