The Role:
In this high-impact position, you will be responsible for defining and executing our technology roadmap specifically tailored for the operational landscape of 2026. You will bridge the gap between theoretical future tech and practical implementation, ensuring our systems are scalable, secure, and ahead of the curve. You will work closely with C-level executives and engineering teams to align our technical vision with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Define the comprehensive technology and AI strategy for the company leading up to and through the year 2026.
- Predictive Tech Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (Quantum Computing, Generative AI, Edge Computing) to forecast trends and potential disruptions.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable systems architectures that incorporate future-proofing methodologies for large-scale data processing.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Present complex technical roadmaps to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and clear understanding of the 2026 vision.
- Vendor & Partnership Management: Evaluate and select strategic technology partners and vendors that align with our long-term 2026 goals.
- Implementation Oversight: Oversee pilot programs for next-gen technologies to ensure successful integration into our core business functions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in strategic technology planning, AI/ML implementation, or enterprise architecture.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI frameworks, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and big data processing technologies.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying future tech trends and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive leadership and engineering teams alike.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where the definition of 'tomorrow' changes daily.
