- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects
- Document detailed bug reports using JIRA with clear reproduction steps
- Collaborate with developers and product teams during Agile sprints
- Perform regression testing on web and mobile applications
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test scenarios
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
- Participate in requirement analysis to define test criteria
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in software QA testing
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail)
- Strong knowledge of bug tracking methodologies
- Experience with both manual and automated testing tools
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
