Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and optimize Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and PRTG tools
- Troubleshoot complex network outages and security incidents
- Implement VLANs, VPNs, and wireless network solutions
- Document network topologies and create SOPs
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid infrastructure projects
- Provide Tier 3 support for enterprise clients
Qualifications
- CCNA certification or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in enterprise network administration
- Expertise in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and DNS protocols
- Hands-on experience with VMware and Hyper-V
- Strong knowledge of network security best practices
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
- Ability to work rotating on-call shifts
