Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and testing.
- Conduct user interviews and usability testing to validate design assumptions and improve user journeys.
- Create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating remote work capabilities.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
- Deep understanding of human-computer interaction principles and user-centered design methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate user feedback into actionable design improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a flexible work environment.
