Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test scripts to identify software defects and ensure product functionality
- Document detailed test cases, bug reports, and quality metrics using JIRA and TestRail
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in Agile/Scrum environments
- Perform regression testing on web and mobile applications across multiple browsers and devices
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to improve QA processes
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and compatibility testing for new features
- Maintain and update test documentation to reflect product changes
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in software QA testing with manual and automated testing tools
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and bug tracking systems
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA best practices
- Experience testing web applications, mobile apps, and API endpoints
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a flexible schedule
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (Python, Java) or scripting is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
