Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend systems for equity options pricing engines
- Develop low-latency APIs connecting trading platforms to market data feeds
- Create real-time risk management algorithms using Python/C++
- Optimize database queries for high-frequency trading operations
- Collaborate with quants to model complex financial derivatives
- Implement robust security protocols for sensitive financial data
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in financial software development
- Expertise in C++, Python, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
- Deep understanding of options pricing models (Black-Scholes, Binomial)
- Experience with high-performance trading systems
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API design
