Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years experience in software development with financial systems
- Expertise in C++, Java, or Python with strong algorithm design skills
- Deep understanding of equity options pricing models (Black-Scholes, Binomial)
- Experience with high-frequency trading systems and low-latency architectures
- Familiarity with FIX protocol and financial market data feeds
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under market pressure
