Responsibilities
- Analyze equity options market data using SQL, Python, and R to identify trading opportunities
- Develop and maintain options pricing models for exotic derivativesGenerate daily/weekly risk reports for portfolio managers
- Collaborate with traders to interpret market volatility and implied skew
- Automate data pipelines using cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Present findings to senior stakeholders via interactive dashboards
- Monitor regulatory changes impacting derivatives markets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of options pricing or derivatives analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Strong understanding of Black-Scholes and binomial models
- Experience with market data vendors (Bloomberg, Refinitiv)
- FINRA Series 7/63/55 licenses preferred
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
