Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret equity options market data using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel techniques
- Develop automated reporting dashboards to monitor volatility surfaces and pricing models
- Collaborate with traders to validate data accuracy and identify market anomalies
- Create comprehensive risk assessments for complex options positions
- Document data methodologies and maintain data integrity standards
- Present findings to senior stakeholders through visualizations and executive summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial data analysis, preferably with equity options
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Strong understanding of options pricing models (Black-Scholes, Binomial)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in financial data analysis or CFA/FRM preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
