Responsibilities
- Conduct user research through interviews and surveys to identify pain points and opportunities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into intuitive user interfaces
- Participate in design critique sessions and iterate based on feedback
- Develop and maintain design systems and documentation
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design improvements
- Stay current with UX trends and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent portfolio)
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and problem-solving
