Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting user research and usability testing sessions
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using FigmaCollaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, marketers)
- Participate in design critiques and contribute innovative ideas
- Document design decisions and maintain design system consistency
- Support A/B testing initiatives and iterate based on user feedback
- Contribute to accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 standards)
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or 0-2 years of UX/UI design experience
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD (portfolio required)
- Understanding of UX principles: user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design concepts
- Strong visual design sensibility and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Portfolio showcasing 3-5 design projects (academic or personal)
- Passion for solving user problems and continuous learning
