Responsibilities
- Code Development: Assist in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Debugging & Testing: Identify, diagnose, and resolve software defects, and write unit tests to ensure code reliability.
- Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, code reviews, and agile planning sessions to contribute to team goals.
- Documentation: Write clear technical documentation and comments to ensure code is understandable for the team.
- Feature Implementation: Help translate product requirements into technical specifications and implement new features.
- Database Support: Work with database management systems to ensure data integrity and optimize query performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of programming concepts (OOP, Data Structures, Algorithms) and at least one web development language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C#).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control systems like Git and basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues in a logical, step-by-step manner.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Soft Skills: A growth mindset, eagerness to learn new technologies, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
