Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior engineers and product managers to define, design, and ship new features for our core SaaS platform.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming sessions, and agile sprint planning meetings.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks.
- Engage in technical research to stay current with emerging technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language and basic understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Willingness to relocate to Chicago, IL (Relocation assistance provided for candidates moving from Virginia and other regions).
