Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software code: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define feature requirements and deliver solutions.
- Debug and troubleshoot: Identify and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks in existing applications.
- Participate in code reviews: Provide constructive feedback to peers and learn from best practices within the team.
- Engage in agile methodologies: Contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to documentation: Create technical documentation, API specs, and user guides to ensure knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Programming Knowledge: Solid understanding of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to debug and resolve technical issues.
- Education: Recent graduates (0-2 years of experience) or career changers with a strong portfolio.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
- Relocation Eligibility: Must be willing to relocate to Oklahoma City, OK (Relocation assistance provided).
