We are seeking a driven and talented Entry-Level Software Engineer to join our elite engineering division in Charlotte, NC. What You Will Do
- Assist in the design and implementation of scalable microservices for our order management systems.
- Develop and maintain high-performance code in Python and C++ to support real-time data processing.
- Participate in agile development cycles, writing unit tests and contributing to code reviews.
- Debug complex trading systems to ensure zero-latency execution.
- Analyze market data feeds and contribute to the optimization of our risk management engines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of professional experience (internships accepted).
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one major language (Python, Java, C++, or C#).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Passion for finance and a willingness to learn about Equity Options trading.
