Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software code using modern languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to define features and user stories.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.
- Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks in existing applications.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
- Engage in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles.
- Familiarity with at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript).
- Basic knowledge of databases (SQL) and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies.
- Willingness to relocate to Colorado Springs, CO.
