Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Python and Go
- Write clean, testable code following best practices and company standards
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Debug and resolve production issues with guidance from senior engineers
- Contribute to code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Learn and implement new technologies (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to implement features
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP principles
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or C++)
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and RESTful APIs
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
