Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using modern programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Code Reviews: Participate in peer code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to architectural standards.
- Debug & Test: Identify, analyze, and resolve software defects through rigorous testing and debugging methodologies.
- Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and QA Engineers to define feature requirements.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation for algorithms, APIs, and system architecture.
- Agile Process: Contribute to the Agile development lifecycle, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Learning: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Programming Basics: Solid understanding of OOP principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex problems and think critically.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
