Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-performance applications using Java, Python, and JavaScript
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features through Agile methodologies
- Write clean, testable code and conduct thorough code reviews
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing systems for performance
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decisions
- Document code and create comprehensive technical specifications
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript)
- Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and OOP principles
- Basic understanding of SQL and RESTful APIs
