Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using JavaScript, React, and Node.js
- Participate in agile development cycles including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Write clean, testable code following industry best practices and our coding standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliverables
- Debug and resolve production issues with guidance from senior engineers
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Learn and implement emerging technologies through our quarterly tech workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Fundamental understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming
- Basic proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with React framework
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities and eagerness to learn in a team environment
- Portfolio demonstrating personal or academic projects (GitHub contributions welcome)
- Passion for technology and willingness to grow as an engineer
