Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases to identify software defects and usability issues
- Document bugs and test results using JIRA and other tracking tools
- Collaborate with developers to verify fixes and maintain quality standards
- Participate in agile sprint ceremonies and provide valuable feedback
- Assist in creating test documentation and test plans
- Perform regression testing on software releases
- Communicate progress and roadblocks clearly to the QA lead
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- No prior QA experience necessary - we train from scratch!
- Strong attention to detail and methodical approach
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Basic computer literacy and internet proficiency
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn new tools
