Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases to identify software defects and functionality issues
- Document bugs using JIRA with clear, actionable descriptions and screenshots
- Collaborate with developers to verify fixes and conduct regression testing
- Participate in agile sprint cycles and daily stand-up meetings
- Create detailed test plans and test scenarios based on product requirements
- Perform cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office Suite
