Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases and document results accurately
- Identify, log, and track software defects using JIRA
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and verify bug fixes
- Perform regression testing on web and mobile applications
- Participate in agile sprint ceremonies and provide feedback
- Assist in creating test documentation and test plans
- Communicate testing progress and issues clearly to stakeholders
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
