Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases to identify functional defects and usability issues
- Document detailed bug reports with clear steps to reproduce
- Collaborate with development teams to verify fixes and maintain test coverage
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Perform regression testing on new builds and updates
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
- Assist in maintaining test documentation and test data
- Communicate findings clearly through Jira and other tracking tools
Qualifications
- No prior QA experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students welcome)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
