Responsibilities
- Design, test, and refine prompts for various AI models to optimize output quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective prompt engineering solutions
- Analyze AI-generated outputs to identify improvement opportunities and implement iterative enhancements
- Document prompt engineering methodologies and create best practice guides for team use
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and contribute to innovation workshops
- Support production deployments by monitoring prompt performance and troubleshooting issues
- Participate in agile sprints and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required)
