Responsibilities
- Design, write, and refine high-quality prompts for Large Language Models to generate accurate, safe, and contextually relevant outputs.
- Analyze AI-generated responses to identify areas for improvement and iterate on prompt structures to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into effective prompt strategies.
- Maintain and expand our internal library of prompt templates and best practices.
- Test different AI models to determine the best fit for specific use cases and troubleshooting complex queries.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and prompt engineering methodologies.
Qualifications
- Strong command of the English language, including excellent grammar, vocabulary, and understanding of nuance and tone.
- Excellent creative writing and communication skills; ability to craft clear, engaging, and logical instructions.
- No prior coding or technical experience is required; we value creativity and curiosity over technical degrees.
- Ability to think critically about cause-and-effect and logical reasoning.
- High attention to detail and a keen eye for spotting errors or inconsistencies in text.
- Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to rapidly changing AI technologies.
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or a related field is a plus).
