Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues using diagnostic tools
- Assist with network security protocols and access control implementations
- Document network configurations and create technical reports
- Collaborate with senior technicians on system upgrades and maintenance projects
- Provide basic user support for network-related issues

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred but not required)
- Basic understanding of computer networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in server environments
- Valid driver's license (for occasional site visits)
