Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)

- Provide Tier 1 support for internal and external network issues
- Participate in network upgrades and maintenance projects
- Collaborate with senior technicians on network security protocols
- Complete vendor-specific training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting skills
- Strong desire to learn networking fundamentals
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in rack environments
- Valid Colorado driver's license (for occasional site visits)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
