We are seeking a highly motivated Entry Level Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will support our equity options trading desk by transforming complex market data into actionable insights. You will work closely with senior analysts to monitor volatility, analyze pricing models, and ensure data integrity for our trading strategies.

Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets of equity option trades and market indicators.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of automated reporting dashboards using SQL and Tableau.
- Monitor real-time market data to identify trends and anomalies in equity options pricing.
- Collaborate with the quantitative research team to support the analysis of option Greeks and volatility surfaces.
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen interest in the stock market and equity options.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables) is required.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL or Python for data manipulation is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
