Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data sets to ensure high quality and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports using SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data models.
- Perform statistical analysis and create presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Monitor data quality processes and suggest improvements to existing workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to relocate to North Carolina (Relocation assistance provided).
