Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies.
- Visualization: Develop intuitive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data pipelines, methodologies, and analytical findings.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in SQL for database querying and Python (Pandas/Numpy) for data manipulation.
- Software: Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically about data quality.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
