Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets from various internal and external sources to ensure data integrity.
- Perform statistical analysis and data modeling to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis findings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and experience with SQL is highly preferred.
- Basic understanding of data visualization principles and tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large, complex datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical findings to non-technical audiences.
