Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights effectively.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases and warehouses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, product) to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and data requirements.
- Perform statistical analysis and trend forecasting to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Document data pipelines and analytical methodologies to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Assist in the execution of A/B testing and experimental analysis to optimize product features.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or currently pursuing graduation).
- Familiarity with SQL (writing queries, joins, subqueries) and database concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and Index/Match functions.
- Basic knowledge of Python or R is a plus but not required.
- Strong analytical thinking with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- A genuine passion for technology and continuous learning in the data analytics field.
