Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform basic statistical analysis and A/B testing to support product development and marketing strategies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering) to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Reporting: Monitor KPIs and generate weekly/monthly performance reports to guide executive decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and basic knowledge of Python or R.
- Tools: Experience with Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data visualization software (Tableau/PowerBI is a plus).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify trends and anomalies in complex datasets.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
