- Collect, clean, and organize complex datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in the development of interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform data quality checks and generate weekly performance reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and reporting needs.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business decision-making.
- Maintain and update existing data models and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Computer Science) OR equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is required.
- Basic understanding of SQL or Python is a strong plus but not required for this entry-level position.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
