Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality.
- Reporting: Develop clear, visual reports and dashboards using Tableau or Excel to track business performance.
- Trend Analysis: Identify patterns and trends in data to help the business make informed decisions.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams in SF and NC to understand data requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of data sources, methodologies, and analysis results.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Math, Statistics, Economics, or Business) or equivalent experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) is required; SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Communication: Ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
- Availability: Must be available to work in US time zones.
