Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau
- Identify trends and anomalies in customer behavior data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven recommendations
- Develop automated reporting pipelines for recurring analytics needs
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, concise documentation
- Participate in agile sprints and data quality initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data modeling
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio)
- Basic understanding of statistical concepts and hypothesis testing
