Responsibilities
- Collect and Analyze Data: Gather and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Assist in Report Generation: Create detailed reports and dashboards for stakeholders using tools like Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
- Data Cleaning: Process and clean data to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to understand data requirements and provide support.
- Track KPIs: Monitor key performance indicators to help the company achieve its strategic goals.
- Remote Communication: Clearly communicate findings and recommendations via email and virtual meetings.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) is highly desired.
- Tools: Familiarity with SQL or data visualization software is a plus but not mandatory.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Location: Must be legally authorized to work in the US. Applicants in Texas or Florida are preferred due to remote flexibility.
