Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather raw data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency using SQL and Python.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets.
- Reporting: Create clear, visually compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market trend research to support strategic business decisions.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track their progress.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation of data pipelines, models, and analysis methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (must be able to write complex queries) and experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Programming: Basic knowledge of Python or R is highly preferred.
- Visualization: Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically about data quality and logic.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present data findings to non-technical audiences.
